Over the last one and a half years, I have witnessed a remarkable shift in the Mutual Fund Distribution sector — an industry I have been part of for the past 7–8 years.
When I first started, I worked as a stockbroker. Back then, one of the biggest challenges was managing offline KYC. Collecting and verifying all the documents physically was not only tedious but also affected overall productivity.
However, with digital solutions stepping in, this entire process has transformed. What used to be a hectic, paper-heavy task is now a seamless, digital journey, saving time, improving efficiency, and making Mutual Fund Distribution smoother for everyone involved.
Today, I feel proud to be part of this evolving ecosystem that empowers distributors with technology and helps them focus more on client relationships than on paperwork.
